Does anyone have an authoritative reference as to whether IR-2021-43 would apply to a recently army enlisted trainee stationed outside the state of Texas? Since the enlistee is physically in a boot camp in another state but his HOR is Texas, would that qualify or should we file Form 2848 to extend the due date?
